We want you to love your elysianwomens.com purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Final sale items (e.g., swimwear, sale items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Visit our Returns Portal to submit your request.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.
3. Return the item using a tracked shipping method—we recommend keeping proof of postage.

Refunds & Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Returns Portal. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
